Facebook Photos Being Stolen for Ads

Imagine you are on vacation in a foreign country. You are walking the streets admiring the scenery when all of a sudden you look up at a billboard and notice that the family portrait that is advertising a high-end grocery store is yours. What the fudge!?

Moral of the story to all of us facebookers/myspacers/flikrers: beware because you never know where your photos might end up.
Here’s what I want to know: what happened when Danielle Smith confronted the company that is using her family portrait? Did she get paid? Was the company apologetic?
