The humiliation attack was set up by the man’s wife (now a fugitive) after she discovered he was cheating on her with as many as five women.

Mr. Davis was lured by one of the women to the motel for a “massage” where he was voluntarily blindfolded and tied up. While laying in bed, the two other women busted in, cut off his pants with scissors and squirted an entire tube of superglue all over his man part :
